WEEK ONE - THE MIND

In the MIND class we will look at the power of mindset and intelligent thinking. Why the mind attaches itself to limiting beliefs, how to dissolve them, and how to find empowering ways to move out of the drama. Creating new stories and contexts for aliveness.

WEEK TWO - THE BODY

In the BODY class we will learn fundamental tools for centering and embodiment and go over the immense power of befriending your own body intelligence. Feeling safe means you stop bracing against life so we will learn some simple tools to healthily move through fear.

WEEK THREE - THE SPIRIT

In the SPIRIT class we will talk about mystery, faith, the unknown and the magic of being attuned to nature. The fun of synchronicities! We will do a beautiful meditation where you get to rest in the feeling there is a vast, quiet and loving consciousness holding all of us.

WEEK FOUR - THE EMOTIONS

In the EMOTIONS class we will talk about the body as the subconscious mind and the ways emotions show up physically for us. Learn some wildly successful methods for embracing emotions and how to alchemize them into a superpowered compass pointing you toward a life of integrity and connection.
